1. The service

CompetitiveStrategy provides competitive-intelligence analysis and strategic recommendations generated from publicly available information and the data you supply. Outputs are decision-support, not professional, legal, or financial advice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person or organization per account unless your plan includes additional seats.

3. Plans & payment

Paid plans are billed per period (monthly or annual) in advance. Access remains active until the period ends. Plans do not auto-renew; you choose to renew. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Data & intelligence

Intelligence is gathered from third-party public sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify material decisions independently. You retain ownership of the company data you enter.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of its outputs.
